Since 2008, I have helped dozens of organizations create effective strategic plans through facilitated discussion, focusing on organizational strengths and aspirations, and turning them into actionable plans. Service clubs, large and small nonprofits, and even a small business have engaged me for their strategic planning needs.

But developing a plan without effectively implementing it can be a waste of time and resources, and even lead to disengagement. I can also provide supportive accountability after the strategic plan is developed, to ensure plans are well-executed. From breaking down tasks into manageable pieces and developing timelines, to identifying barriers and troubleshooting solutions, I can walk alongside your staff and volunteers to engage them in successful execution of your strategic plan.
